Returns / Refunds / Exchange

• No goods returns / Exchange / Refunds will be accepted by Samann Trading
• When making payments online you should retain a copy of the transaction records along with the emailed receipts/invoices for dispute resolution.

Delivery

• Samann Trading provide free direct delivery services to all addresses within Male’ & Hulhumale City. In addition, we deliver to all other locations in Maldives through Jetty/Boat. However, we do not engage in loading goods to boat.
• All products under Samann Home will be delivered on condition that the bill amount exceeds MVR 5,000.00. We deliver to alll addresses within Male’ & Hulhumale City. In addition, we deliver to all other locations in Maldives through Jetty/Boat. However, we do not engage in loading goods to boat.
• If the goods are requested to be delivered to a vessel, details should be filled in during the check-out process.
• Online orders can be picked up from Samann Traders Showroom / Go down which can be selected during checkout under the pick-up option
• Deliveries will be made within 48hours of purchase.
• Orders made on a public holiday will start to process from the nearest business day.
• Delivery timings are subject to change depending on the items and the working hours. In such cases, recipient would be notified.

• Packages will be delivered only till ground floor of delivery address.
• All deliveries will be made in accordance to the safety & precautionary measures advised by HPA.
• To acknowledge deliveries a delivery note will be required.
• Before goods are dispatched, delivery personal shall contact the specified recipient via a phone call to re-confirm the address and availability of the recipient at the delivery address only after which the departure of delivery will commence.

• Samann Trading shall not be responsible for the damage or loss of any product once delivery has been confirmed either by the original recipient or by a third-party recipient (nominee by the original recipient).

Pricing

• All product pricing in this website is in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR) and the buyer will be billed in this currency.
